CrossNet terms and conditions

Who we are, and accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and WAGGLOR SOLUTIONS LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), the publisher of CrossNet. By tapping "Agree and continue", or by using CrossNet, you accept these terms, the End user licence agreement (EULA) and the Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
Who can use CrossNet
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law in your country sets a higher age for agreeing to these terms or to the use of your data, you must be at least that old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to play CrossNet on your own devices, as set out in the EULA. Play fairly. You may not cheat, use bots, copy, sell or redistribute the game or its content, try to reach other players' data, or tamper with the game or its servers. You may not use the game for anything unlawful.
Do not send reports or messages that are abusive, false or harmful.
Your account
You can play as a guest, or link a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for the account you link. Progress kept only on your phone is lost if you delete the game or reset the phone, so link an account if you want to keep it safe.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Your progress is deleted with it.
Content
The puzzles, words, clues, sounds and designs belong to WAGGLOR SOLUTIONS LLC or are licensed to it. We may change, add to or remove content at any time. We work to keep words and clues correct, but we cannot promise that every one is.
Changes to the game and to these terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the game. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we change the date above and ask you to agree again. Playing after an update means you accept it.
Ending
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep puzzles correct and the game running, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or interruptions.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or its support. The EULA has the terms that apply to the App Store and to Google Play.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and disputes go to the courts of Sharjah. This does not take away rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

من نحن وقبول هذه الشروط
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين شركة WAGGLOR SOLUTIONS LLC، مدينة الشارقة للإعلام، الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة («نحن»)، ناشرة CrossNet. بضغطك على «أوافق وأتابع» أو باستخدامك CrossNet فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط واتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) وسياسة الخصوصية. وإذا لم تقبلها فنرجو ألا تستخدم اللعبة.
من يحق له استخدام CrossNet
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا. وإذا كان قانون بلدك يحدد سنًّا أعلى للموافقة على هذه الشروط أو على استخدام بياناتك، فيجب أن تبلغ هذا السن أو أن تكون لديك موافقة أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك.
استخدام اللعبة
نمنحك حقًا شخصيًا غير حصري للعب CrossNet على أجهزتك أنت، وفق ما ورد في اتفاقية الترخيص (EULA). العب بنزاهة. لا يجوز لك الغش أو استخدام برامج آلية أو نسخ اللعبة أو محتواها أو بيعه أو إعادة توزيعه، أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات لاعبين آخرين، أو العبث باللعبة أو بخوادمها. ولا يجوز استخدام اللعبة في أي أمر مخالف للقانون.
لا ترسل بلاغات أو رسائل مسيئة أو كاذبة أو ضارة.
حسابك
يمكنك اللعب كضيف أو ربط حساب Google أو Apple. وأنت مسؤول عن الحساب الذي تربطه. التقدّم المحفوظ على هاتفك فقط يضيع إذا حذفت اللعبة أو أعدت ضبط الهاتف، فاربط حسابًا إن أردت حفظه.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ويُحذف تقدّمك معه.
المحتوى
الألغاز والكلمات والأسئلة والأصوات والتصاميم ملك لشركة WAGGLOR SOLUTIONS LLC أو مرخّصة لها. وقد نغيّر المحتوى أو نضيف إليه أو نحذف منه في أي وقت. ونسعى إلى أن تكون الكلمات والأسئلة صحيحة، لكننا لا نضمن صحة كل واحدة منها.
التغييرات على اللعبة وعلى هذه الشروط
قد نغيّر أي جزء من اللعبة أو نعلّقه أو نوقفه. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وإذا كان التغيير مهمًا غيّرنا التاريخ أعلاه وطلبنا منك الموافقة من جديد. واستمرارك في اللعب بعد التحديث يعني قبولك له.
إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن اللعب في أي وقت. وقد نعلّق وصولك أو ننهيه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.
عدم وجود ضمان
تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي» و«كما هي متاحة». نسعى إلى أن تكون الألغاز صحيحة واللعبة تعمل، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّها من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع.
مسؤوليتنا
بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا فقدان التقدّم. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها قانونًا، ولا من حقوقك كمستهلك بموجب قانون بلدك.
Apple وGoogle
Apple وGoogle ليستا طرفًا في هذه الشروط ولا تتحملان مسؤولية اللعبة أو دعمها. وتتضمن اتفاقية الترخيص (EULA) الأحكام المطبقة على App Store وGoogle Play.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبَّق في إمارة الشارقة، وتُحال النزاعات إلى محاكم الشارقة. ولا ينتقص ذلك من الحقوق التي يمنحك إياها قانون بلدك كمستهلك.
