Delete your CrossNet account

In the game (the quickest way)
- Open CrossNet and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- your game progress: levels, stars, scores and records;
- your player record (phone type, app language and version, last day played, notification address);
- the problem reports you sent from the game;
- your sign-in, including a linked Google or Apple email address.
Usage statistics and crash reports (only if you allowed them) are not linked to your account, so they are not deleted with it; Google Analytics keeps them for up to 14 months and Crashlytics for 90 days. Deleting cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the game
Write to crossnet@wagglorsolutions.com with the subject "Delete my CrossNet account", from the email address of the Google or Apple account you linked in the game. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. A guest account that was never linked has no email we could look up; it holds only a random ID and your progress, and deleting it in the game removes it.

من داخل اللعبة (أسرع طريقة)
- افتح CrossNet وانتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
ما الذي يُحذف
- تقدّمك في اللعب: المستويات والنجوم والنتائج والأرقام القياسية؛
- سجلّ اللاعب (نوع الهاتف ولغة التطبيق وإصداره وآخر يوم لعب وعنوان الإشعارات)؛
- البلاغات التي أرسلتها من اللعبة عن مشكلة؛
- تسجيل دخولك، بما فيه عنوان البريد المرتبط بحساب Google أو Apple.
إحصاءات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال (إن سمحت بها) غير مرتبطة بحسابك، لذلك لا تُحذف معه؛ وتحتفظ Google Analytics بالإحصاءات حتى 14 شهرًا وCrashlytics بالتقارير 90 يومًا. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
إذا لم تستطع فتح اللعبة
راسلنا على crossnet@wagglorsolutions.com بعنوان "حذف حسابي في CrossNet"، من البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بحساب Google أو Apple الذي ربطته في اللعبة. نحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يومًا ونخبرك عند الانتهاء. أما حساب الضيف الذي لم يُربط فلا بريد لدينا يمكن البحث به؛ فهو يحمل معرّفًا عشوائيًا وتقدّمك فقط، ويزيله الحذف من داخل اللعبة.
